If India can do whatever they want and flood russian economy with hundreds of billions dollars for years. And now in plans to send millions workers so russia can free mans for military, so UA, EU, USA can do too.   Their actions hurt Ukraine, EU and feed russian war machine. The Vadinar refinery is minority owned by Rosneft at 49%. Just because India might want to sit on the sidelines doesn’t mean the refinery isn’t a target in some fashion.

The EU has imposed a price cap on Russian oil — a catastrophe! This must be the end for Russia.

Through tears and snot, I establish a company in Switzerland.

I name it Alpen Energy AG.

All the incorporation documents are clean — nominal owners are EU or Swiss citizens (not Russians).

Real control is exercised through trusted proxies, legal advisors, consultants, or offshore trusts.

There’s no formal connection between my company and Rosneft whatsoever.

Now I sign a contract:
Alpen Energy AG buys oil from Rosneft at a price below the cap.

Everything is perfectly legal and clean.

It’s a regular transaction compliant with G7 requirements.

My oil is loaded onto a tanker in Novorossiysk, Primorsk, or Ust-Luga.

The buyer sends payment to Alpen Energy AG's account in a non-sanctioned bank (e.g., in Dubai, Turkey, or China).

After keeping a “markup,” the profit is transferred to me by any means — “consulting services,” fake contracts, offshore transactions to beneficiaries.

The scheme is done.

Russia receives payment for oil at market price, not the capped one.

Sanctions rules are formally not broken, because the entire chain is legally clean.

Western regulators can’t prove that Rosneft is behind the “Swiss” company.

The EU, with its packages, is left sucking air and pretending it’s accomplishing something important.
